The grapes used are Muscat Bailey A from Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture, an area famous for its grape cultivation. The wine is left to macerate for about a month.
This dry red wine has a gorgeous aroma of flowers and red fruits and a light, fresh fruit flavor.

Voyage means "journey" in French, and we created the winery "Voyage de Youai" with the idea of a "journey of friendship" in mind.
This is where the journey of connecting people through wine begins in the fertile land of Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture. The people who work here have disabilities, but they are able to connect with many people through winemaking.
We hope to create opportunities for interaction that will revitalize the local area and bring together people of all kinds with smiles and fun.
It was with this idea in mind that we built our winery in this location.
