Under his supervision, the Muscat Berry A grapes harvested from the young section of the Imazou Vineyard have a fresh aroma that can be felt from the skin. Precisely because we have been associated with Imazou Vineyard for many years, the preparation is still "stepping".
This "Ashid" series is the perfect balance between clusters and crushed grapes, created by the way the producer steps, like the "modulation" of "Acid Techno".
Muscat Bailey A, the raw material, has a higher acid balance than "AOKISM", and the cute skeleton captures the outline of the grape. We tried to immerse it for about 40 days, and expressed the nuances in the taste of the wine. The color is strong, and the bitterness from the stem tightens the taste.
