The feeling of nature and human hearts coming together in one place is what we put into the name "Mellow Jam."
Mellow signifies a soft and pleasant state, and Jam refers to sounds and thoughts gathering and overlapping.
The bubbles that rise upon opening are layered with the gentle uplift of spring, a feeling that lightens the heart.
With one sip, a pleasant sensation spreads, as if your mood is lightly lifted. This is the sake we aimed for.
