This is a limited edition sake that captures the region of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, through a new lens, reflecting the changing seasons.

The end of autumn.
As the colors of the mountains fade and a cold wind brushes against the cheeks in the Tsuruoka sky, a flash of light streaks across.
The sound of thunder rending the silence is the "Yukiokoshi" (snow-caller) passed down in Shonai.
It is a harbinger of winter's arrival, and also said to be a prelude to the snow that will eventually nourish life. This is a sake that breathes new life into freshly pressed sake, layered with delicate umami, and lights a quiet lamp in the heart.
The first in the series aims for a fresh effervescence and elegant aroma, with a powerful flavor characteristic of freshly pressed sake.
