“THE CLASSIC” is the work of “KURA GRAND PARIS”, a French brewery established in 2019 by WAKAZE.
In order to embody WAKAZE's vision of "making Japanese sake world-class", we have created a taste and design that will take root in the local area. The rice from Camargue in southern France is almost unpolished, and is brewed with local water, white koji and wine yeast . We recommend pairing with cheese dishes and spicy dishes.
