The pink dela (it's more colored and sweeter than the blue dela) was created by three people named ``Friend (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F) (TEF)'' who stood up to save a vineyard in the Honzawa district of Yamagata City from being abandoned. A brewed orange with an interesting balance of sweetness and sourness was subjected to secondary fermentation in the bottle.
I think the crisp acidity and orange flavor give it an interesting taste. In particular, Pink Dera was brewed for 40 days. When poured from the bottle into a glass, the fine carbon dioxide gas from the lactic acid fermentation system is aromatic. We explored the fun of a new growing category called "Pink Dela" rather than just "Blue Dela" as a sour wine. Please enjoy the pop and casual orange sparkling wine made from the grapes they grow.
