Three people, Tomodachi (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), commonly known as TEF, stepped up to protect the vineyards in the Motozawa area of Yamagata City from abandonment. They slowly fermented the fully ripened Delaware grapes at low temperatures, then allowed them to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is the first white sparkling wine of the year, so that you can enjoy the healthy nuances of the grapes that have been nurtured through their careful grape management. Please enjoy the fruity and light taste with a rich fruitiness that is characteristic of Yamagata.
The name "BoogieWoogie" was born from the idea of a lightly effervescent, upbeat wine. Please enjoy this casual, pop-style sparkling white wine made from the grapes they grow.
