This year's summer sake from Tatenokawa Brewery is mixed with soda, and is called "Soda Crush." ​​The alcohol content is 19%, so you can mix it with soda (we recommend tonic water) or Morinaga & Co.'s "ICE BOX" depending on your taste!
*We do not recommend drinking the liquor as is.

The recommended ratio is 1 part soda crush to 1 part carbonated water. A refreshing, fizzy drink, a new summer idea, a new sensation of a "sake highball" is ready! The undiluted sake has a lemony sourness, but when mixed with carbonated water, the refreshing flavor spreads. Enjoy the refreshing taste that will blow away the summer sun, harmonizing with the elegant techniques of the brewers.
