A blend of Muscat Bailey A, Merlot, Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat with 12 hours of skin contact, centered on Steuben that has been destemmed and brewed with the skin for 6 days. Before bottling, the Delaware juice was put back in to adjust the sugar content and re-fermented in the bottle.
A rosé sparkling with refreshing acidity and slight tannins.
