Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture are pressed after 24 hours of skin contact. Water is added to the pressed pomace, skin fermented in a resin tank for 5 days, and pressed again. Delaware juice is added just before bottling, the sugar content is adjusted to about 1.5 bar, and fermentation continues in the bottle. No antioxidants are added.
The aroma is fresh and floral. The candy aroma and sediment aroma from the variety give it a mellow aftertaste. The taste is full of the sweet and sour Delaware, making it easy to drink and leaving a soft aftertaste of sediment. It is low in alcohol and has a strong fizz, making it a comfortable drink that you can gulp down.
