This Merlot, planted in 2017, is the culmination of meticulous cultivation with strict yield restrictions, careful hand-harvesting, sorting, and destemming. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, and finally matured for 10 months in the bottle. This wine embodies the silky elegance and power characteristic of the Matsugaoka region.
