The grapes were hand-picked when the first snow fell on Mt. Gassan, and then slowly aged in barrels for 14 months. This delicate wine has a silky smooth, rounded, full-bodied flavor, reminiscent of Matsugaoka, where it is produced. It has a light color and a high-quality, well-balanced flavor.
