G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 Providing Sake

At the time of the first snowfall on Mt. Gassan, ripe grapes were hand-harvested and slowly aged in barrels for 14 months. This is a delicate wine with a silky smooth, rounded and plump taste, reminiscent of the Matsugaoka production area. The color is light and the taste is high-quality and well-balanced.
