Harvested at the perfect moment from only old vines of the Tsuruoka Koshu grape, a native variety from the Tsuruoka Nishi-araya district, where Koshu grapes have been cultivated for approximately 270 years. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. The 2024 vintage benefited from favorable weather, resulting in a wonderfully prominent citrus aroma. It boasts the power and rich aroma characteristic of old vines.
