A dry rosé wine made by fermenting three varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot (all fermented in the same tank without separating the varieties). All ingredients are made in Tendo City. Harvest was done in late October. The sugar content of the raw material grapes has risen to around 22 degrees. Wine brewing is outsourced to Mother Vines Brewery in Nagano Prefecture. My husband and I also worked together. In order to take advantage of the characteristics of the grape varieties that are often used to make red wine, we have created a darker rosé. The sugar content of the grapes was also high, so the alcohol content was about 12% without sugar. The appearance is a slightly darker color tone close to red. The taste is fresh and youthful, with a dry and firm acidity, along with red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries and spices like herbs.
