Sauvignon Blanc is grown in small fields in locations that even locals don't know about. This year's blanc is a wine made mainly from Sauvignon Blanc from the No. 1 vineyard, mixed with Semillon. Unlike the 2022 vintage, the first impression is the smooth attack. It has a pleasant taste with hints of fruit such as apple and white peach, and after a while in the mouth, the plump taste and acidity spread.
