This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Living with Grapes" group, who rose to save a vineyard in the Honzawa district of Yamagata City from closure.
The raw materials are Delaware and Niagara grapes grown by "newcomers Taruishi (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), collectively known as TEF." They spent their weekends working in the vineyard, protecting it, experiencing the joy of harvest, and the satisfaction of preserving the orchard. Reflecting their dedication, the wine underwent 90 days of maceration followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Although it is an orange-colored wine, the aroma is quite charmingly citrusy, and the taste is gentle, unlike strong, astringent orange wines; it truly embodies their spirit, like the pleasant music flowing through the vineyard during their work.
