This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Budou to Ikiru" group, which was formed to protect the vineyards in the Motosawa district of Yamagata City from abandonment.
The raw materials are Delaware and Niagara grapes made by "Friends (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F) (commonly known as (TEF)"). They spend their weekends working on the farm, protecting the farm, and the excitement of harvesting, as well as the sense of fulfillment of protecting the farm. These thoughts were brewed into the wine, which was left to macerate for 40 days and then fermented in the bottle for a second time. The wine is orange in color, but the aroma is quite cute and citrusy, and the taste is gentle, which is different from strong orange wines, just like their attitude. It's like the soothing music played in the farm while they work.
