100% Campbell Early (Lightly Sparkling)

Domaine Kelos is a small winery that started in the summer of 2022 in Araya, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
This sparkling wine is made from grapes harvested from old, trellised Campbell Early vines, fermented a second time in the bottle.
It features fine bubbles and aromas of sweet and sour cherries, strawberries, and yeast. The taste is dry, with umami and a slight bitterness derived from the yeast.
In 2025, favorable weather allowed us to harvest grapes with good color and high sugar content.

※There may be sediment at the bottom of the bottle, but this does not pose a health concern. If you are bothered by it, please pour the clear liquid into your glass and enjoy.
