Domaine Keros is a small winery located in Araya, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, which started in the summer of 2022.
A sparkling wine made by secondary fermentation in the bottle of grapes harvested from old trellised Campbell Early trees. The light color of the rosé and the nuances of red fruit that rise from the effervescence make you feel the arrival of spring. The foam is fine-grained, and the scent of sweet and sour cherries and yeast is characteristic. The taste is dry and you can feel the flavor derived from yeast.

*Since it is not racked, there may be some sediment, but this does not affect the quality. Store the bottle upright in the refrigerator for several days, then uncork it.
