Campbell Early 100% (slightly sparkling)

Domaine Keros is a small winery in Araya, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture that opened in the summer of 2022.
This sparkling wine is made from grapes harvested from old Campbell Early vines on trellised vines, and then fermented in the bottle. It has fine bubbles and a distinctive aroma of strawberries, sweet and sour cherries, and yeast. It has a dry taste with a strong yeast-derived umami flavor.

*There will be some sediment as the wine has not been racked, but this does not affect the quality. Store the bottle upright in the refrigerator for a few days before uncorking.
