3rd year in-house brewed wine Red Campbell Early (slightly sparkling)

This sparkling wine is made from grapes harvested from old Campbell Early vines on trellising and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. When poured into a glass, the red-coloured wine is gently enveloped in pink bubbles, and the sweet aroma of freshly crushed strawberries spreads. The taste is characterised by a rich fruit flavour and a light, crisp acidity. The alcohol content is a relatively low 8%, making it a taste you will never tire of.
*There will be sediment, so please store it upright in the refrigerator for a few days and then pour the clear liquid into a glass and drink.
