2nd year in-house brewed wine: 420 bottles produced red Campbell Early (slightly sparkling)

Domaine Keros is a small winery located in Araya, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, which started in the summer of 2022.
In late August, the grape variety Campbell Early was harvested from the company's terraced fields, fermented in stainless steel tanks, racked, and bottled. After that, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and there is no racking after that. With an alcohol content of 9%, enjoy the dry, light sourness and sweet aroma of crushed strawberries.
