Muscat Bailey A from our own vineyard is made of old vines trained on trellises. In 2023, the rainy season and the record heat caused the yield to be lower than usual, but the result is a more unique wine. The red fruit aromas of raspberries and strawberries, which are characteristic of Muscat Bailey A, and the sweet aroma of fruit candy can be clearly felt. The taste is dry, with a high acidity and fresh fruitiness. The complex flavors unique to old vines and herbal flavors add to the concentrated flavor.
