An assemblage of hedge-style Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated in our own fields and trellis-style Muscat Bailey A. It's not too light and has just the right amount of astringency, so it's recommended for summer BBQs!

2022 was a difficult year for Cabernet Savignon. Despite that, we were in a hurry to establish the winery, so the taste turned out to be a sullen expression. Of course, the abundant tannins typical of Cabernet are felt firmly, but in order to soothe the slightly twisted Cabernet, I added some honest and charming Muscat Bailey A, and it seems that the mood has improved a little.
For those of us who are blunderers, motto, do your best! It is a wine that I would like to give you while talking at the shop so that you will support me.
