This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grown on a hedgerow. In 2023, the drought before the rainy season and the record heat caused the fruit to ripen. Various fruits such as apples, pears, and white peaches are grown around this field. The wine also has an aroma reminiscent of these fruits and white flowers. It has a sweet honey-like flavor, moderate acidity, and a voluminous taste with 13% alcohol without added sugar.
