This is a famous white grape variety in Hokkaido and the Tohoku region, and has long been loved locally as a table grape. It is also widely used for wine, but we cultivate it exclusively for juice. It has a high acidity and a fresh, clean taste with a strong grape fruit flavor.

All our juice is made from grapes grown in our own fields. We have grape varieties that are also used for winemaking and grape varieties that are exclusively used for juice. Both varieties are carefully selected to make juice from healthy grapes. Our processing plant is located close to the vineyards, so the grapes are made into juice while still fresh. We also do not use any additives. The taste of the juice varies greatly depending on the grape variety. Please enjoy the unique characteristics of each grape. *This is an unfiltered juice, so there may be sediment such as sediment and tartar (glittery lumps), but this does not affect the quality.
