Steuben is a variety that is used for table grapes and wine, and is characterized by its high sweetness and low acidity. This time, the grapes were harvested early, resulting in a well-balanced taste of sweet and sour. The rich aroma of red fruits is impressive.

All of our juice comes from grapes grown in our own fields. We have grape varieties that are also used for winemaking and grape varieties that are specially made for juice. We carefully select healthy grapes from both varieties to make juice.
The processing plant is located close to the vineyards, so the fruit is made into juice while still fresh, and no additives are used.
