Steuben is a variety that is used for table grapes and wine, and is characterized by its high sweetness and low acidity. By adding Campbell Early, which has a sharp acidity, we have created a well-balanced taste of acidity and sweetness. The rich aroma of red fruits is impressive.

All our juice is made from grapes grown in our own fields. We have grape varieties that are also used for winemaking and grape varieties that are exclusively used for juice. We carefully select healthy grapes from both varieties to make juice. Our processing plant is located close to the vineyards, so the grapes are made into juice while still fresh. We also do not use any additives. The taste of the juice varies greatly depending on the grape variety.
