This sparkling wine is characterized by its soft, fine bubbles that are the result of secondary fermentation in the bottle. You can enjoy the citrus aroma of pink grapefruit, the subtle bitterness and acidity, and the aroma and flavor derived from the yeast.
After macerating the Steuben grapes for three days with the skins on, they turned a yellowish pink color reminiscent of the Japanese crested ibis.

(Storage and uncorking)
There is some sediment because the wine has not been racked, but this does not affect the quality. Store the bottle upright in the refrigerator for a few days and then uncork.
