Mainly made from Delaware, with the outstanding aroma of Niagara and rich Steuben. After harvesting, the grapes are kept in a cool, dark place for at least one day to remove heat, then crushed in whole clusters and fermented together with the skin and stems in a low-temperature brewing room for three weeks. The juice is then squeezed using a balloon press and fermented for another two weeks.
No antioxidants or filtration.

[Gara Mogi]
“Garamogi” is a word used among fruit farmers in Yamagata to mean “harvest everything.” The charm of Field Friend, which is made by harvesting all the different varieties of grapes grown in the fields and brewing them as is, is expressed by the wolf, which is the motif of the family farm's logo.
The grapes used here are all grapes (with seeds) grown in-house.
This is a hearty orange wine that brings out the deliciousness from both the skin and the stem.
