Takahashi-kun works at the post office in Ueno, Nanyo City, and farms on weekends while trying to protect his late father's farm. He macerated the Delaware he inherited from his father and the Chardonnay he made on his first field reclamation for 56 days. The Chardonnay harvested from the hedgerows is still small, so the amount of Chardonnay used this time is 17%, but I think this balance will increase in the future.
"TEF no Pop" is Delaware + Niagara, but this wine is Delaware + Chardonnay, so you can feel the lingering flavor of the Viniphila. In particular, the 2024 brewing is made with reduced gas pressure, so you can enjoy the aromatic and slightly carbonic acidic flavors from the moment you open the bottle.
