This wine is an assemblage of three types of Delaware wines: one made with mille-feuille MC for 40 days, one made with regular fermentation, and one made with ripe Delaware wines made by Takahashi-kun, who works at the post office and farms on weekends in Ueno, Nanyo City, in order to protect his late father's farm. I wanted to bring out the fruitiness unique to Yamagata Delaware, so I used mille-feuille and carbonic maceration to bring out the nuances of the skin, and even with regular fermentation, I extracted the flavor at low temperatures to make sure the Delaware wines from the weekend farming groups in Yamagata and Nanyo cities had an orange wine I wanted to drink. Aroma, thickness, umami, sharpness... I'm sure it will go well with a variety of dishes. The name is naturally "Dela Guy". Looking back on my 30 years of brewing experience, I can say that Delaware was a minor grape at the time, but now it's the opposite of that. Expressing the potential of this grape, the motif of "weightlifting" pays tribute to the gold medal won at the Tokyo Olympics in 1964. The "O" in GLOOVE and the number of weightlifters represent the number of blends.
