Released once a year on Valentine's Day, February 14, with the catchphrase "10,000 love letters that convey your feelings." With the desire to deliver 10,000 canes, the number varies each year depending on the number of sugar canes grown that year.
"FAU" is a luxurious and rare limited edition sake that uses only the shochu that flows out at the beginning of the distillation, which is also called first distillation (Hana Tare).
If you put it in the freezer and drink it, you will be able to enjoy it with all of your five senses: the thickness, the sound of pouring, the fruity aroma, the deep taste and the cool touch.
