Made with Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture and a small amount of Steuben.
A blend of Delaware pressed after 24 hours of skin contact and directly pressed Delaware. We also blended Steuben, which was directly pressed just before bottling. Steuben is blended when the sugar content remains and fermented in the bottle. No antioxidants are added.
It has a candy scent typical of edible varieties, with tropical fruit, mainly banana, mixed with a yogurt-like lactic acid scent. As the name suggests, the taste is fresh, with the same tropical fruit impression as the aroma, and a bitter aftertaste reminiscent of citrus white peel. It has plenty of carbonation and has a refreshing finish.
