We used Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture and a small amount of Steuben. Delaware pressed after 12 hours of skin contact is blended with Steuben after 12-24 hours of skin contact. Steuben is blended at the stage where the sugar content remains and fermented in the bottle. No antioxidant added.
The scent has a fresh impression as the title suggests, and the taste has a fruity finish with a fresh sweet and sour taste that you can associate with apples, pineapples, and Hyuganatsu. Because it is a wine that feels soft and carbonated on the tip of the tongue, the characteristic sweet and sour taste and the stimulation of carbonic acid give you a refreshing feeling.
