Made with 100% Delaware from Yamagata Prefecture.
A blend of the one that was pressed after 12 hours of skin contact and the one that was directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the Delaware juice was added back in to adjust the sugar content and re-fermented in the bottle. A fresh frizzante (slightly sparkling) with fruit and acidity that reminds you of Delaware grapes.
The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of ripe pineapple and mandarin orange. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the faint carbonic acid on the tip of your tongue. The taste is as fresh as the aroma, and you can directly feel the sweet and sour taste of table grapes.
