Made with 100% grapes grown in Nitta, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, where GRAPE REPUBLIC is located.

The grapes are grown organically with no fertilizer or compost, without spraying any pesticides other than Bordeaux liquid. Whole bunches of Delaware, which are harvested in new fields and have high acidity and ripeness, and thick skin, are put into amphora. After about 8 months of skin maceration, it is pressed in a basket press and bottled. Fermented with wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, and without added antioxidants.
The scent is based on orange marmalade, combined with jasmine and blue herbs, giving an impression of both freshness and complexity. The taste is well-balanced, with the sweet and sour taste of table grapes and the tannins from maceration, combined with the effect of amphora. Even in the aftertaste, you can feel the soft and fresh taste of grapes, but the heat of the alcohol remains in the depth.

◆Dish Pairing Depending on the volume of wine, it is preferable that the main ingredients are not heavy. Also, taking advantage of the soft tannins of wine, it goes well with light oils and gelatinous ingredients.
