Aged for 5 years! Flagship wine
Made using 100% grapes from Nitta, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, where GRAPE REPUBLIC is located.

Since 2019, all of the wine has been brewed using organic grapes from our own farm. Delaware grapes, which are highly ripe and have thick skins and high acidity, are harvested in new fields and placed in an amphora as whole bunches. After eight months of skin maceration, the wine is pressed in a basket press and then bottled.

◆Food pairing: This is a wine with a rich flavor, so it goes well with food that uses chewy ingredients. It also goes well with food that has a sweet flavor to contrast with the bitterness of the wine.
