This orange wine is made using 100% organic grapes from our own farm in Nitta, Nanyo City.
Brewed in an amphora using mainly Delaware grapes with high acidity and ripeness and thick skin, the wine was skin macerationed for over 7 months and then pressed in a basket press.
An outstanding harmony of various elements such as the fruit flavor and acidity derived from organic grapes grown in-house, as well as the soft tannins and flavor obtained from long-term maceration in amphora!
This is Grape Republic's flagship wine.
