Brewing and Tasting
The appearance is a bright gold tone due to macerato (soaking of the skins and seeds). It is made using four white grapes from Yamagata Prefecture, and skin fermentation was carried out for about a week in various containers such as resin tanks and amphorae. 15% whole-cluster fermentation. 60% amphora aging, 40% stainless steel tank aging.
It is unclarified, unfiltered, and contains no antioxidants or other additives.

◆Food pairing: Make the most of the spice and light taste of the wine and pair it with a spicy cold appetizer. The main dish is an ingredient that goes well with the citrus nuances of the wine.
