Made with 100% grapes from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. A blend of Niagara and Neo Muscat, with early-harvested Delaware as the base. Steuben, direct-pressed just before bottling, is also blended in. The Steuben was blended in while still containing residual sugar, and fermentation continued in the bottle. No antioxidants added.

The aroma is fresh, with yeasty notes from the cloudiness appearing in the finish. It has creamy, integrated effervescence, and the flavor, like the aroma, is a refreshing sweet-and-sour reminiscent of fresh apple pulp.
