Made with 100% grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. A blend of various grapes, centered around Delaware grapes that have been in skin contact for 24 hours, and direct-pressed Steuben grapes just before bottling. The Steuben grapes are blended while still retaining their sugar content, and fermentation continues in the bottle. No added antioxidants.

The aroma is aromatic, reminiscent of tropical fruits such as mango and banana. The taste also has the same tropical fruit nuances as the aroma, and is cloudy, mellow on the palate, with a mild acidity. The umami spreads gradually. In addition, the carbonation is well balanced with the cloudiness, making it a pleasant drink.
