100% grapes from Yamagata Prefecture are used. Based on Delaware and Niagara that have been skinfermented for 8 days, Delaware that has been in contact with the skin for 12 hours is blended. Before bottling, the Delaware juice is added back to adjust the sugar content, and fermentation continues in the bottle. No antioxidant added.
The aroma is a fruity impression of table grapes, reminiscent of ripe pineapple and mandarin orange candy. When you put it in your mouth, the creamy carbonic acid spreads comfortably, and the taste is fruity and fresh.
