A fresh and crisp orange wine with rich fruit, moderate acidity and pleasant tannins. It is recommended to drink as soon as possible from the day of uncorking, when you can feel the juiciness of the fruit.
Delaware and Steuben brewed in various brewing methods and blended in summer 2022 (10% of the ingredients are fermented in bunches). The aging period is about 10 months, of which about half in amphora and half in stainless steel tanks.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. No clarification, no filtration, no other additives such as antioxidants.
