The grapes are carefully selected and pressed by hand, with a focus on the original Yamagata variety Shuyo, as well as Shinano Sweet and Orin. Just before the end of alcoholic fermentation, the reserved juice is added back in to adjust the sugar content. Fermentation continues in the bottle. This cider has a mild acidity and is light to drink. No antioxidants are added.

The aroma is of freshly cut apples, giving a clean and fresh impression. The taste is just as fresh as the aroma, with an extract-like feeling in the middle, like eating an apple with the skin on, and the acidity and carbonation derived from the fruit enhance the pleasant drinking experience.
We recommend a small one so you can enjoy its lightness. Its light body makes it easy to drink, so we also recommend drinking it in a cup-shaped or wide-mouthed glass so you can gulp it down.
