Merlot from Yamanashi, fermented with skins for 6 days in amphora, Yamanashi Prefecture, Muscat Berry A and 5, macerated carbonic for 5 days A blend of Yamanashi Merlot that has been skinfermented for a day and pressed at the same time. Blended after 6 months of amphora maturation. It is then allowed to settle in stainless steel tanks for several months before bottling. The 2019 amphora red has a smooth texture derived from amphora, and a slight bluish color adds complexity.
