Made with 100% Merlot from Yamanashi Prefecture. 100% destemmed. A blend of two types of Merlot that have been aged for 15 days and 6 days. Fermented and aged in amphora. After 6 months of maturation, it is bottled after a few months of settling in stainless steel tanks.
