Delaware and Niagara from Yamagata Prefecture are fermented in amphora for 65% and barrel for 35%. 100% amphora aged. No added antioxidants.

The aroma is that of a variety for eating, but the amphora aging softens it up, and the aftertaste has a hint of honey from the wooden barrels.
The flavor is centered on citrus fruits such as sweet summer oranges, with hints of tropical fruits as the temperature rises and the time passes. The amphora and wooden barrels give it a mellow, smooth taste and a complex aftertaste.
