Neo Muscat, Niagara, and Pinot Gris from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, harvested on September 8, 2019, were destemmed and fermented with the skins in an amphora for 5 days. After being pressed in a basket press, it is aged in amphora for 6 months and then bottled in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. A flavorful wine characterized by the mellow aroma of Neo Muscat and Niagara.
