The sparkling edge and deeply rounded sweetness brought to mind Marie Antoinette, who, despite her harsh fate, lived a free-spirited and pretty life.
Marie Antoinette apparently loved sweets and was a woman who stuck to her own aesthetic and broke the conventions of her time. I tried to make the text a bit punk-like to evoke the sparkling feel. I think the cherry-like flavor and the gap with the feminine atmosphere are quite stylish.

▼Winery Comments▼
This year, there was almost no rain, which was an extremely harsh environment for the grapes. On the other hand, it may have turned out to be good conditions for making solid wine grapes.
As a trade-off, three trees in my vineyard died, and I experienced significant losses. This season once again made me keenly aware of the difficulties of working with nature.
Despite such a year, we were once again able to acquire Steuben grapes from Mr. Morishita of "Takahana," who we use every year. Last year, we did a light maceration, resulting in a light red? rosé?-like wine, but I felt that the bitterness characteristic of this variety tended to emerge even in a short period. Therefore, this year, we opted not to macerate and instead produced a Pet Nat (Pétillant Naturel) using the Blanc de Noirs method with direct pressing.
Perhaps due to the lack of rain, while Steuben usually has a strong red fruit impression, this year it is full of ripe aromas and flavors reminiscent of tropical fruits such as peaches, cherries, mangoes, and passion fruit, making it a delightful and endlessly drinkable wine that everyone is sure to love. Fermentation progressed almost to completion, so there isn't much residual sugar, but it has a natural sweetness and fruity character that is impressively finished.
The gas pressure is just right for a Pet Nat, right on the comfortable line of whether it will gush or not. You can see how to open it via the QR code. The opening environment was at a winery temperature of 9 degrees Celsius. The liquid temperature is expected to be 7℃. I felt that this temperature, or slightly higher, would be ideal for drinking. The fine, flavorful lees can be enjoyed right to the end.
